The ‘First 1,000 days’ starts from when a woman falls pregnant until the child’s 2nd birthday.
Studies have shown that nutrition for both mum and child during this critical period has a significant influence on the child’s ability to develop, learn and thrive.
Join us to learn how to give your baby a head start and set up the foundations for lifelong health through:
- optimizing maternal nutrition to support healthy growth, and 
- starting healthy practices when introducing solids to your child 
Part One - Maternal Nutrition
- 45 minutes in-person or telehealth consultation
- Individualised care by an Accredited Practising Dietitian

Part Two - Toddler Nutrition
- 45 minutes telehealth group education session
- Facilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian with Royal Children's Hospital Certification for Paediatric Nutrition
- Ideal for age group: 4 - 15 months
